Director – Monitoring & Site Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Accountable for planning, managing, organizing, evaluating, and/or reporting on the daily operations of the Clinical Monitoring unit (Clinical Operations Leads).

• The role encompasses the development and enhancement of policies and processes, ensuring product quality, monitoring site and compliance, planning staff resources, and managing the performance of staff and contractors.

• Offer support, expertise, and representation for project and clinical monitoring teams in collaboration with sponsors and researchers throughout the project lifecycle.

• Guarantee that all team members, including third-party providers, deliver high-quality, timely services and adhere to service delivery processes that align with corporate and industry best practices while fulfilling all regulatory requirements and guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• The ideal candidate should possess a College Diploma or University Degree in a relevant field (preferably Health Sciences or Life Sciences), along with a minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience and substantial ongoing training.

• Proven experience in managing CRA staff and the capability to provide training and/or mentorship to colleagues in both one-on-one and group settings.

• Ability to work effectively in a remote global environment.

• Extensive knowledge of the applicable regulations and guidelines related to clinical monitoring and GCP.

• A collaborative team player with a customer service mindset and a focus on solutions.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities.

• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
