This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +12 more states.
• Collaborate with government to develop and monitor the execution timelines for ME Commons.
• Offer strategic thought leadership regarding the program's direction.
• Establish the internal rhythm for a diverse team supporting ME Commons, encompassing contracts, marketing, and project management.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with Hubs, project teams, and the wider user community.
• Collaborate closely with regional Hubs to ensure compliance and the quality of deliverables.
• Serve as an advocate for the ME Commons program among government entities and other significant stakeholders.
• Provide senior NSTXL leaders with recommendations to mitigate risks and pursue growth opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to government, supplying relevant inputs for the program's success.
• Swiftly and effectively resolve any client issues or escalations to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
• Ensure the team adheres to comprehensive documentation for each project, including plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and resolutions.
• Identify and manage resources according to requirements.
• Gather and analyze metrics and key performance indicators to assess ecosystem health and guide future year requirements and acquisitions.
• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• More than 5 years of experience in team management.
• Strong technical foundation with experience in overseeing complex programs involving multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, strategy development, and leadership capabilities.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to partner cross-functionally in a growing organization.
• Eligibility to obtain US government clearance.
