Director, Medical Science Liaison – Plastics & Regenerative Medicine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Lead and provide strategic direction for a team of six Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs).

• Engage actively with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Health Care Professionals (HCPs).

• Ensure the stakeholder engagement plans for MSLs are comprehensive and effective.

• Conduct routine field co-rides and one-on-one meetings with all direct reports.

• Facilitate recruitment efforts for new or replacement roles within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced degree in health sciences or a related clinical discipline is required.

• At least 5 years of experience in clinical, scientific/research, or the pharmaceutical industry.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.

• Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects at the same time.

• Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 50–60%).
