Director, Medical Science Liaison – Plastics & Regenerative Medicine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Lead, provide strategic vision, and manage daily operations of a team of six Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs).

• Maintain an active presence in the field as the primary MSL for a designated territory.

• Ensure the team is sufficiently staffed, well-trained, and clear on their responsibilities.

• Implement all MSL initiatives while ensuring high scientific standards during stakeholder engagement.

• Engage in Brand Team Meetings to contribute the field medical perspective.

⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced degree in health sciences or a related clinical field is required.

• Preferred: A doctorate-level degree (e.g., PharmD, MD/DO, PhD).

• At least 5 years of experience in clinical, scientific/research, or the pharmaceutical industry.

• A minimum of 2 years in a role as an MSL.

• Previous line management experience with a field-based MSL team is highly preferred.

• Experience in a player-coach or working manager capacity is a significant advantage.

• Willingness to travel regularly (approximately 50–60%).
