This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Enhance and ensure the effective execution of Replimune’s scientific communication framework and medical communication strategy.
• Create and evaluate content for abstracts, publications, conference presentations, monographs, and related materials.
• Monitor scientific communication plans and ensure adherence to publication-related policies and procedures.
• Keep abreast of the latest scientific advancements and data in the field.
• Generate, gather, and distribute actionable, business-relevant scientific insights to organizational stakeholders and key customer demographics.
• Acquire comprehensive therapeutic knowledge regarding disease, epidemiology, products, and competitor offerings.
• Produce and assess internal and external medical/scientific communications for precision and strategic alignment.
• Collaborate with clinical and other internal teams.
• Provide information and insights for product and competitor analysis, medical product strategies, deliverables, new business evaluations, and additional business activities.
• Act as a reliable source of medical/scientific expertise.
• Supervise the collection and storage of pertinent scientific data, including literature repositories and Replimune information.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
• A relevant scientific or healthcare degree is essential (e.g., PhD or PharmD).
• Over 5 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical sector, ideally within a matrix organization.
• More than 3 years of experience in Medical Affairs roles, especially in communication/publication capacities.
• Experience in managing vendors and projects is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of medical communication methodologies and best practices is essential.
• Familiarity with regulatory and legal guidelines concerning medical communications strategy and execution.
• Capability to read, interpret, and communicate intricate scientific information.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively toward a shared objective.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

• Domestic and international travel may be necessary (20%).
