Director – Mechanical & Plant Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Shared responsibility for the establishment and growth of the Mechanical & Plant Engineering division.

• Crafting innovative concepts and strategies to meet growth objectives.

• Methodical, focused, and professional acquisition of new clients for candidate placements in critical roles.

• Formulating and executing strategies informed by market analysis.

• Overseeing and strengthening relationships with existing clients at the executive level.

• Developing and nurturing key accounts, particularly among leading mid-sized enterprises and corporations.

• Managing recruitment processes on both national and international scales.

• Partnering with research experts and conducting targeted interviews with management personnel.

• Serving as a brand ambassador for KEYPLAYER within the segment.

• Enhancing, coordinating, and collaborating with the segment's Advisory Board.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five to ten years of professional experience in personnel consulting (interim management and executive search), particularly in mechanical and plant engineering.

• Ideally, operational experience within the industry or at a management consulting firm specializing in this area.

• Alternatively, a recognized status as a top manager within the segment, accompanied by a robust network and a personal inclination towards sales and business development.

• A strategic vision for growing the client base and the segment.
