This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead the comprehensive design, implementation, and analysis of geo tests and MMM initiatives.
• Enhance frameworks to adapt to changing marketing dynamics, including cross-border, CRM-driven, short-flight, and campaign overlap challenges.
• Oversee the statistical modeling framework and maintain a high level of scientific integrity.
• Perform in-depth analysis on test outcomes and model results.
• Identify media influencers, detect patterns (e.g., differences between PMax and ASC), and clarify the rationale behind findings.
• Produce customer-facing narratives that highlight significant business implications.
• Assist the Client Services team in understanding test/model outcomes and formulating suggestions.
• Participate in critical client meetings, quarterly business reviews, and renewal conversations as the authoritative voice on measurement.
• Aid the Client Services team in anticipating challenges and aligning on optimization strategies.
• Utilize Python, SQL, and statistical methodologies to process and analyze extensive marketing datasets.
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor campaign and channel performance.
• Conduct A/B testing, incrementality assessments, and lift modeling.
• Establish processes to assist teams in tracking, documenting, and reporting on ROI from campaign modifications.
• Collaborate with Product teams to incorporate insights into customer-facing tools (e.g., Media Plan Optimizer).
• Refine dashboards and test summaries for improved usability and clarity.
• Recruit, mentor, and oversee a team of analysts and data scientists.
• Promote a culture of intellectual rigor, commercial insight, and result-oriented thinking.
• Over 8 years of experience in marketing measurement, data analytics, or media science.
• Extensive knowledge of incrementality testing, MMM, and media attribution.
• Strong expertise in statistical methods (e.g., causal inference, regression analysis, A/B testing).
• Proficient in data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
• Experience with digital media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) and relevant performance metrics.
• Ability to narrate compelling stories from data, especially to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cross-channel budget management, optimization, and testing limitations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong executive presence.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics).
• Confident decision-maker capable of taking calculated risks and effectively navigating uncertainty.
• Motivated by curiosity and a proactive approach to process enhancement and exploring innovative methodologies.
• Proven ability to work independently while effectively contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Comfortable operating amid rapid changes.
• Exemplifies integrity and embraces diversity in all its forms.
• Preferred: Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP).
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies and digital marketing tactics.
• Exposure to big data technologies (Spark, Hive, etc.).
