This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish Governance Frameworks and Policies
• Design the Marketing Operating Model
• Promote Role Clarity and Decision Accountability
• Ensure Compliance, Quality, and Operational Consistency
• Over 6 years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly in Global Governance
• Demonstrated expertise in Governance policies, processes, and their enforcement
• Experience in creating operating models and relevant components such as RACI, workflows, and SLAs
• Background in collaborating with complex global organizations to develop scalable frameworks
• Occasional client travel may be necessary
