• Define the category: Develop and implement the go-to-market narrative for a category-defining AI platform targeting the world's largest enterprises.
• Drive pipeline growth: Design demand generation and pipeline strategies for high-ACV enterprise deals—your primary focus will be on qualified pipeline and revenue impact, rather than superficial metrics.

• Drive company strategy: Act as a key member of the leadership team, actively participating in broader company strategy and planning beyond conventional marketing roles.
• Proven leadership: Bring over 8 years of B2B marketing experience, including 4 or more years leading marketing initiatives in a high-growth enterprise software or artificial intelligence firm.
• Hypergrowth experience: Have a successful history of building and scaling marketing functions from early stages through rapid market growth—preferably in Series A to Series C settings.
• Enterprise sales fluency: Comprehend complex enterprise sales processes that involve lengthy cycles, multi-stakeholder purchasing committees, and high ACVs, knowing precisely how marketing can expedite these processes.
• Financial rigor: Have directly managed a marketing P&L and can communicate effectively about capital allocation, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), pipeline contribution, and overall ROI.
• Elite storytelling: Be recognized as a world-class storyteller who can seamlessly translate intricate technical capabilities into clear, compelling business value for C-suite executives.
• Technical credibility: Possess extensive experience in marketing highly technical products to technical leaders—CTOs, CIOs, VPs of Engineering, and machine learning experts—and understand how to gain credibility with builders.
• ABM expertise: Excel in executing high-yield, account-based marketing campaigns directed at Fortune 500 enterprises.
• Player-coach mindset: Function comfortably in a dual role as a player-coach, equally adept at formulating high-level boardroom strategies and drafting initial content for key landing pages.

• Startup DNA: Flourish in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments, ideally with a proven track record of establishing successful marketing programs from the ground up.
• Academic foundations: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or possess equivalent professional experience.
• High-impact influence: A high-visibility, executive leadership position that directly shapes the commercial trajectory of a category-defining AI organization.
• Pioneering narrative: A unique opportunity to define and expand the industry category narrative for frontier ranking intelligence.
• Executive partnership: Direct collaboration and partnership with the founding team, with a dedicated seat at the executive table.
• Uncapped reward: Highly competitive base salary, performance metrics, and significant, early-stage executive equity.
