This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serving as the primary liaison for US Integrated Product Strategy Teams (IPST)
• Creating, implementing, and managing a comprehensive 3- to 5-year strategic access plan
• Collaborating with the Novartis Patient Support, Integrated Marketing, and Customer Engagement teams
• Working alongside Payer, Pricing, and Channel Strategy to ensure precise annual forecasts
• Presenting US market access product/platform strategies to Executive Leadership
• Collaborating with brand and other Market Access teams to establish annual budgets
• Coordinating closely with Legal, Compliance, Brand, and Marketing teams for cohesive tactics
• Leading the development of essential market research
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory; MBA, Health Policy, or equivalent is preferred
• At least 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, specifically in Marketing/Sales, Market Access, or Managed Care Finance
• In-depth understanding and experience with US healthcare dynamics and the factors influencing pharmaceutical value
• Proven success in commercial pharmaceuticals with a history of execution and results
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, and analytical abilities, coupled with a talent for collaboration across a matrix organization
• Demonstrated capacity to handle multiple projects with potentially interdependent findings and deadlines
• Proven ability to execute programs that yield improved business outcomes promptly while adapting to changes in both internal and external environments
