Director, Manufactured Chemicals

📋 Description

• Oversee and provide guidance for the manufactured chemicals sector.

• Manage the P&L for manufactured products and drive decisions to enhance revenue and profitability.

• Spearhead the creation of product-centric insights and engage with customers.

• Formulate and take ownership of strategies related to regulatory and sustainability initiatives.

• Create a multi-year roadmap for the development of new products.

• Analyze market competitive pricing and establish pricing strategies accordingly.

• Collaborate with product forecasting during the Budget and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.

• Lead the product team and work closely with cross-functional business partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 15 years of professional experience.

• Over 10 years in Product Development, Product Management, or Product Engineering.

• A Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, or a business-related field; an MBA is preferred.

• Experience within automotive chemicals or engineering-oriented industries.

• Proven ability to lead within a matrixed, multi-site organization.
