Director – Managed Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in the sales process by promoting and cross-promoting AMS services.

• Address RFPs with unique perspectives.

• Perform ongoing market and competitor analysis to enhance positioning and offerings.

• Manage the complete AMS service delivery process.

• Discover new market prospects and broaden the AMS portfolio.

• Showcase AMS services to both new and existing customers.

• Interact with clients throughout Europe, demonstrating a readiness for frequent travel.

• Facilitate quarterly innovation workshops.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 18 years of experience in IT services, particularly in Application Managed Services.

• Proven track record of leading large teams within prominent IT service firms.

• Deep understanding of AMS market trends, customer requirements, and technological advancements.

• Demonstrated success in securing large, multi-year AMS contracts with global delivery models.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, analytical, and relationship-building capabilities.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in both German and English languages.
