This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Collaboratively responsible for the development and growth of the Machinery & Plant Engineering sector
• Generate innovative concepts and strategies to meet growth objectives
• Execute systematic, targeted, and professional acquisition of new clients to fill critical positions
• Formulate strategies based on market analysis to maximize potential
• Oversee current clients and continually enhance collaboration at the management level
• Direct placement processes for both national and international mandates
• Conduct targeted interviews with managerial candidates
• Act as a brand ambassador for KEYPLAYER, impressing clients by placing top-tier candidates
• Accountable for expanding the advisory board within the segment
• A minimum of five to ten years of professional experience in recruitment consulting (interim and/or executive search) with an emphasis on Machinery & Plant Engineering
• Potentially possess operational experience from the industry or from a consultancy focused on this segment
• Ideally recognized as a top executive, well-connected, with a personal affinity for sales and business development
• Strategic insight for enhancing client relationships and the business development segment
• Methodical, diligent working style and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Professional and polished appearance
