This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients.
• Lead a team of high-performing individuals.
• Implement innovative strategies for acquisition and retention through email, SMS, push notifications, loyalty programs, and other owned channels.
• Report directly to the Head of Lifecycle Marketing.
• Balance responsibilities in client leadership, people management, and strategic growth.
• Create scalable team processes, playbooks, and quality standards.
• Design scalable customer journeys, lifecycle programs, and omni-channel personalization strategies.
• Offer strategic insights across major CRM and automation platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance integrated customer experiences.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, retention marketing, marketing automation, or email marketing.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring cross-functional team members or direct reports.
• Demonstrated success in developing enterprise lifecycle marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement, retention, loyalty, and revenue growth.
• In-depth knowledge of customer journey mapping, segmentation, personalization, CRM strategy, and omnichannel lifecycle marketing.
• Experience acting as a client advisor and delivering strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a record of successfully coaching teams, managing performance, and nurturing future leaders.
• Experience in supporting business development initiatives, including audits, proposals, and strategic sales presentations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert complex performance data into actionable business strategies.
• Familiarity with web analytics (GA4, etc.) and measurement frameworks that link lifecycle performance to business results.
• Working knowledge of customer data platforms (CDPs), CRM integrations, and marketing technology ecosystems.
• Experience with lifecycle marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Braze, SFMC, HubSpot, Iterable, Attentive, Pardot, Marketo, or similar solutions.
