This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead and cultivate a high-performing, customer-centric LSG services organization throughout Western Europe.
• Foster robust customer relationships through direct interaction, leveraging customer insights to enhance LSG service delivery, responsiveness, and loyalty.
• Take ownership of the regional LSG services financial performance, which includes forecasting, revenue enhancement, margin improvement, and adherence to annual operating plans.
• Propel productivity and operational efficiency within the LSG organization while maintaining a strong emphasis on customer experience and service quality.
• Oversee service and support demand by LSG product line, adjusting resources and capabilities to align with business requirements.
• A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Engineering, or a related field, accompanied by 15+ years of pertinent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in people leadership, including managing leaders and/or remote teams across various countries.
• Demonstrated experience in managing a substantial business with accountability for financial outcomes in the life sciences sector.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational development skills within the framework of life sciences services.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in English; fluency in German, French, or Spanish is highly desirable.
