This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of Chronic Care Regional Trainers.
• Oversee the implementation of the annual Chronic Care Learning and Development (L&D) plan, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and product strategies.
• Act as a strategic consultant to Sales Leadership, offering insights on capability deficiencies and training solutions.
• Assess and analyze the effectiveness of training programs through performance metrics and feedback from the field.
• Participate in both short- and long-term business planning (1–5 years) focused on talent development and capability enhancement.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred (in Business, Education, or Life Sciences).
• 8–10+ years of pertinent experience (in sales, training, marketing, or commercial operations).
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Extensive knowledge in Chronic Care or specialty therapeutics (such as cardiovascular or metabolic diseases).
• Strong business acumen with the ability to link training initiatives to commercial results.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and executive presence skills.
