This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the strategic design and management of learning systems aimed at enhancing organizational outcomes.
• Ensure that data collection, validation, and quality control are in line with overarching divisional objectives.
• Lead adaptive management strategies and the advancement of the research and development learning framework.
• Enhance and refine the research and development learning system and its results frameworks.
• Supervise the learning system to guarantee prompt access to high-quality, user-friendly data.
• Develop intricate measurement plans to evaluate essential inputs, activities, outputs, and outcomes of pilot projects.
• Mentor data analysts in creating user-focused data visualizations.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management and research-driven roles.
• Proficient in coaching and nurturing adult learners.
• In-depth knowledge of research and development methodologies and learning systems.
• Extensive expertise in data architecture and visualization techniques.
• Capacity to facilitate organizational change through human-centered design principles.
• Skilled in navigating complex interpersonal relationships.
• Proven ability to lead through uncertainty and adjust organizational strategies, with at least 3 years of experience managing teams.
