Director – Lab & Field Validation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the design, development, and management of laboratory environments that simulate real-world network ecosystems.

• Supervise comprehensive validation processes across various network domains.

• Craft and implement validation strategies, including test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks.

• Set and uphold release acceptance criteria and validation standards.

• Offer Go/No-Go recommendations for new features, configurations, and releases based on validation results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Systems Engineering, or a similar technical discipline.

• At least 15 years of experience in telecommunications, satellite communications, wireless networks, or related technical areas.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing highly technical teams within a complex engineering setting.

• Robust knowledge of end-to-end system validation and testing methodologies.

• Proven experience in developing automated validation or testing frameworks.
