Director, Knowledge Enablement – Medicaid Proposal Content

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the content management function, creating strategies, governance, and processes that facilitate high-quality proposal development.

• Establish and sustain content standards, libraries, templates, and workflows that enhance content accessibility, consistency, and reusability.

• Design and manage training, onboarding, and change management initiatives that promote the adoption of tools, processes, and best practices.

• Collaborate with proposal teams, subject matter experts, and business leaders to enhance proposal readiness, compliance, and operational efficiency.

• Leverage performance metrics, dashboards, and analytics to pinpoint opportunities, drive ongoing improvement, and optimize team productivity.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in proposal management, content strategy, knowledge management, or a similar enablement role.

• Proven experience in developing and managing content governance programs, content lifecycle processes, and knowledge management frameworks.

• A track record of successful team leadership and collaboration across various stakeholder groups in a complex, fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional analytical, project management, and communication abilities, with a history of utilizing data to drive operational enhancements.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications and experience with content management, collaboration, or proposal automation platforms.

• APMP certification or equivalent industry credentials.
