Director IT Business Enablement – Manufacturing & Quality

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Cytiva's Senior Leaders in areas such as Manufacturing, Logistics, Sourcing, and Supply and Demand Planning.

• Act as the strategic leader and primary advocate for the enablement of Manufacturing & Quality technology.

• Establish and maintain robust partnerships with senior leaders in Manufacturing and Quality.

• Promote a culture centered around continuous improvement and innovation.

• Spearhead the transformation of operational and supply chain practices.

• Oversee and enhance the technology landscape pertaining to Manufacturing & Quality.

• Motivate and empower a high-performing, global team of domain specialists and business analysts.

• Foster operational excellence by ensuring adherence to GxP and other regulatory standards.

• Represent Cytiva in M&A and Due Diligence efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.

• Over 12 years of experience in IT leadership roles within Commercial environments.

• Proven track record in leading M&A and Due Diligence focused projects on a global and cross-functional scale.

• Established experience in IT/enabling roles specific to Manufacturing & QARA.

• Familiarity with MES and LIMS platforms, along with Manufacturing digitization strategies.
