This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Define and take ownership of the functional and solution roadmap for SAP S/4HANA.

• Act as the primary solution architect and functional authority for all integrated S/4HANA modules.

• Lead the conversion of intricate business requirements into scalable and compliant SAP S/4HANA solutions.

• Manage a portfolio encompassing SAP projects and enhancement initiatives.

• Direct and oversee end-to-end implementation projects for SAP S/4HANA.

• Supervise the functional design and configuration of essential business processes.

• Ensure all SAP solutions comply with regulatory standards.

• Mentor, lead, and manage a team of internal SAP functional consultants as well as external system integrators.

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in SAP functional and solution delivery.

• Direct experience in leading SAP S/4HANA implementation or large-scale transformation initiatives.

• Extensive hands-on functional expertise across various core SAP modules (PP, QM, MM, and EWM).

• Experience in a highly regulated environment (Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Medical Device sectors).

• Proven success in a leadership role, managing large and complex teams and projects.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Strong understanding of S/4HANA architecture, Fiori applications, embedded analytics, and contemporary SAP integration technologies.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
