This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the internal communications strategy, planning, and execution across the enterprise.

• Create and enhance communication channel strategies that align with business goals and promote employee engagement.

• Provide guidance to executives and senior leaders regarding messaging, tone, and timing.

• Craft communications related to organizational change and transformation, including toolkits, talking points, and FAQs.

• Manage functional and market-specific communications to ensure consistency, timeliness, brand alignment, compliance, transparency, culture, and engagement.

• Simplify complex business, legal, and operational information into clear and understandable messaging.

• Lead the development of key messaging, leadership materials, presentations, and campaign-related content.

• Build partnerships to align and enhance enterprise-wide messaging.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on communication and employee experience initiatives.

• Support crisis and sensitive communications as necessary.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of communications and refine strategies and channels accordingly.

• Adjust internal communications methods to meet business needs, regulatory obligations, and employee expectations.

• Execute additional job-related tasks as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is required.

• Equivalent years of relevant work experience may be considered in place of the required education.

• A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in corporate or internal communications is required.

• At least five (5) years of leadership experience is required.

• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing communication strategies and multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Poppulo experience is preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary.

• Capacity to collaborate and engage effectively with all levels of the organization.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of professionalism.

• Knowledge of strategic communication planning principles, methodologies, and execution.

• Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.

• A knack for innovating and adapting communication strategies as needed.

• Excellent project and time management capabilities.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Keen attention to detail, along with strong listening, planning, organization, and prioritization skills.

• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive or proprietary information.

• Willingness to travel as required by business needs.

• No licensure or certification is required.
