Director, Intelligence Planning – Execution

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee strategic planning, portfolio governance, organizational performance management, and execution leadership for the Decision Intelligence & Analytics Capabilities organization.

• Act as the Strategy & Planning Lead, ensuring alignment of strategic priorities, investments, resources, roadmaps, and transformation initiatives across various capability areas.

• Foster portfolio governance, execution of strategic imperatives, productivity measurement, cross-functional collaboration, effectiveness of the HYD operating model, and management of organizational performance.

• Manage integrated portfolio oversight, performance evaluation, productivity governance, coordination across capabilities, integration of roadmaps, tracking of strategic imperatives, resource planning, leadership operating rhythms, and portfolio reporting.

• Collaborate with SPT, HYD leadership, and partner I&A organizations regarding capacity management, prioritization, strategic planning, resource alignment, dependency management, and execution.

• Direct portfolio integration, planning coordination, governance, organizational performance measurement, and execution management within a globally integrated capability model.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8+ years of experience in strategy, portfolio management, business operations, transformation, analytics, consulting, program management, or related fields.

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• An advanced degree in Business, Analytics, Strategy, Organizational Leadership, Operations, Management, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.

• Proven experience in leading strategic planning, governance, prioritization, performance management, or execution management initiatives.

• A strong history of supporting senior leaders and facilitating cross-functional alignment.

• Experience in managing strategic portfolios, integrated roadmaps, organizational priorities, and frameworks for performance management.

• Background in leading transformation, operating model, organizational effectiveness, or change initiatives.

• Experience working within matrixed organizations and global operating models.

• Proficiency in managing executive communications, performance reporting, and governance processes.

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences organizations is desirable.

• Experience in strategy, portfolio management, business operations, planning, transformation, or organizational effectiveness roles is desirable.

• Experience collaborating across analytics, business, technology, and operations organizations is desirable.
