• Provide strategic leadership for Field Insights & Analytics encompassing the entire Neuroscience and Renal portfolio.
• Oversee the generation of insights and decision-making support across a varied range of in-market brands and shifting portfolio priorities.
• Ensure that insights and recommendations cater to the needs of a wide, multi-brand, and multi-asset portfolio.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Insights & Analytics for field leaders within the Neuroscience and Renal portfolios.
• Collaborate directly with field leaders and General Managers across various brands and assets to align insights with business priorities and facilitate timely decision-making.
• Foster trusted partnerships by translating analytics into clear implications, strategic options, and actionable recommendations.
• Provide proactive, integrated insights that shape portfolio, brand, and field strategy for both Neuroscience and Renal.
• Link field realities, market context, and cross-functional analytics to pinpoint risks, opportunities, and strategic implications.
• Act as a reliable thought partner to senior stakeholders by crafting executive-ready narratives that promote high-quality decision-making.
• Lead the implementation and enhancement of standardized Insights and Analytics / Field Insights Analytics-aligned frameworks based on enterprise and portfolio Key Business Questions (KBQs).
• Ensure consistency in metrics, methodologies, and insight generation among brands and assets.
• Promote the utilization of structured analytics approaches that allow for scalable and repeatable decision support across the portfolio.
• Direct field data strategy for Neuroscience and Renal in collaboration with Insights and Analytics capability teams.
• Ensure that field data and analytics outputs are relevant, scalable, and suitable for both strategic and operational decision-making.
• Manage and mentor the Associate Director focused on the Renal portfolio, ensuring strong alignment between renal portfolio support and the broader Neuroscience & Rare Disease priorities.
• Oversee disciplined planning, tracking, and execution of field analytics initiatives across the Neuroscience and Renal portfolios.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare insights, analytics, strategy, or related fields.
• A strong understanding of specialty portfolios and complex multi-asset environments.
• Proven success in influencing senior leaders and driving decisions through integrated insights.
• Experience collaborating across matrixed, cross-functional teams while leading through complexity.
• Previous people leadership experience is strongly preferred.
