This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define, plan, and implement a diverse range of specialized engineering and construction initiatives aimed at enhancing installation safety, efficiency, and quality through innovative construction processes, product advancements, and vertical integration tactics.
• Collaborate with external construction and installation partners to elevate Installation Quality, reduce field hours, and boost on-site project efficiency.
• Co-create and spearhead Bloom’s Installer model requirements for USC&I installations.
• Assess and pinpoint the needs and risks associated with new products for installations, working collaboratively across functions to ensure requirements are fulfilled, installation guidelines are updated, and risks are mitigated throughout the development process.
• Execute key strategic business initiatives with partners, tracking initial progress and establishing a pathway for self-sustainability.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and areas of vulnerability within the organization, providing actionable recommendations.
• Resolve issues hindering successful installations, particularly those that lack a designated organizational focus.
• Guide Installation team members in developing strategic problem-solving abilities, sustainable process development, and presentation skills for executive audiences.
• Over 15 years of experience in a cross-functional, dynamic environment characterized by rapidly changing priorities.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in technical or construction project management.
• Proven success in managing cross-functional teams through influence rather than formal authority.
• Exceptional executive communicator and presenter, capable of condensing complex issues into clear and concise messages.
• Established history of motivating and inspiring cross-functional teams to unite and devise innovative solutions to challenging problems.
• Competence in deconstructing complex issues into their root causes and offering meaningful, actionable solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; advanced skills are highly preferred.
