This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Inside Sales team, including both managers and specialists.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high-performance standards.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and create clear development plans.
• Oversee onboarding and continuous training to ensure robust product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
• Drive lead conversion rates, enhance reservation quality, and optimize overall sales performance.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership on forecasting, pricing strategies, and occupancy planning.
• Monitor pipeline activities and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure revenue targets are consistently achieved.
• Identify opportunities for refining sales processes and maximizing revenue outcomes.
• Work with executive leadership to establish departmental goals and performance benchmarks.
• Ensure adequate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet demand.
• Manage payroll, scheduling, and operational processes through effective team leadership.
• Align Inside Sales operations with broader Business Development strategies.
• Maintain data integrity across Salesforce, FQ Live, Oscar, and associated systems.
• Establish and ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and data standards.
• Drive enhancements in processes, automation, and systems.
• Audit sales activities and reservation data to guarantee accuracy and consistency.
• Serve as a point of escalation for complex or high-priority client issues.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Guest Services, and Finance to enhance outcomes.
• Ensure high-quality, consistent communication across all client interactions.
• Support team alignment to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience in inside sales or B2B hospitality.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in managing multi-tiered teams.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, forecasting, and KPI management.
• Strong expertise with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales operations.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration within fast-paced, dynamic settings.
• Ability to lead through change and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
