This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +14 more states.
• Create and implement a nationwide recruitment and outreach strategy to effectively achieve enrollment targets across all ICCC cohorts.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with chambers of commerce, CDFIs, financial institutions, economic development organizations, universities, business associations, and entrepreneurial support entities.
• Collaborate with the Director of Alumni Affairs to manage recruitment campaigns, marketing efforts, referral partnerships, alumni engagement, and lead generation initiatives.
• Evaluate recruitment performance data and continuously enhance outreach strategies to optimize enrollment and participant quality.
• Discover opportunities to expand ICCC into new markets, industries, and strategic alliances.
• Act as the primary external representative for ICCC.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate funders, foundations, ecosystem partners, community organizations, faculty, and program supporters.
• Work closely with ICIC's Development team to assist with fundraising, grant proposals, reporting, and stewarding funders.
• Represent ICCC at conferences, speaking engagements, partner meetings, and industry events.
• Create strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement and elevate ICCC's visibility and impact on a national scale.
• Lead the faculty team to successfully deliver all ICCC programming across various in-person and virtual markets.
• Manage program planning, logistics, participant communications, faculty engagement, curriculum delivery, and event execution.
• Ensure a high-quality participant experience from recruitment through graduation and ongoing alumni engagement.
• Track enrollment, attendance, retention, graduation, satisfaction, and program impact metrics.
• Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives among faculty to boost participant engagement, operational efficiency, and overall program effectiveness.
• Oversee the faculty in the ongoing management and development of the ICCC curriculum to ensure its relevance, practicality, and responsiveness to entrepreneurs' needs.
• Recruit, onboard, manage, and assess faculty, coaches, and subject matter experts.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all program delivery markets.
• Collaborate with faculty to identify opportunities for introducing new content, learning experiences, and alumni programming.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of professionals responsible for recruitment, outreach, program operations, participant engagement, and program delivery.
• Establish clear objectives, performance expectations, and accountability measures for the team.
• Promote a collaborative, high-performing culture that emphasizes continuous improvement and outstanding service.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, professional development, and performance management.
• Manage the ICCC budget in partnership with ICIC Finance.
• Leverage program data and participant feedback to guide strategic planning and organizational decisions.
• Collaborate across ICIC departments, including Development, Marketing, Research, Alumni Affairs, and Finance.
• Serve as a member of ICIC's leadership team, contributing to organizational strategy and cross-functional initiatives.
• Over 7 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in program management, business development, economic development, nonprofit management, entrepreneurship support, or workforce development.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting participants, customers, or members into programs or initiatives.
• Demonstrated capability in building strategic partnerships and managing high-level external relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in managing complex, multi-site programs with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities.
• Background in leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Data-driven approach with experience in utilizing metrics to enhance performance.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and project management tools (Monday.com preferred).
• Three weeks of vacation annually to start, with an additional day added for each year of service up to five years.
• Thirteen paid holidays, half days on Fridays before long weekends, plus one floating holiday.
