This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee high-impact partnerships from inception to completion, serving as the primary relationship manager for leading organizations in the industry.
• Manage a portfolio of partners, orchestrate engaging sponsorships and programs, and collaborate with various teams to create exceptional experiences that foster long-term value.
• Direct the onboarding of partners and maintain ongoing engagement, ensuring that they are well-informed about available benefits, timelines, target audiences, and the metrics for measuring success across programs.
• Supervise the comprehensive execution of partner-oriented offerings, including webinars, educational programming, digital content, events, and other activation initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams—such as Marketing, Events, Academy, IT, and Production—to guarantee that deliverables are carried out accurately, punctually, and within the defined scope.
• Track partner deliverables, engagement activities, and timelines to facilitate internal reporting, renewal discussions, and continuous enhancement.
• Assist in the creation of proposals, contracts, presentations, and materials for renewals.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in partnerships, sponsorships, account management, client services, or similar roles.
• Proven experience in managing partner or sponsor portfolios and executing multi-channel programs or activations.
• Established ability to handle complex timelines, multiple stakeholders, and competing priorities with minimal oversight.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in engaging with mid- to senior-level partner contacts.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, demonstrating a high level of reliability and follow-through.
• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating across teams and functions.
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and accountability.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Proficient in CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com) for tracking partner activities, managing deliverables, and supporting reporting and insights.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Zoom for managing partner activities, deliverables, and relationships.
