Director, Implementation Services

📋 Description

• Lead the comprehensive implementation of Faro’s platform within customer settings, converting client needs into scalable configurations, workflows, and study setups.

• Supervise the creation of protocols, intake procedures, and environment configurations that align with the relevant Faro solutions for each client.

• Ensure the successful launch of APIs and service accounts in partnership with the Product and Engineering teams.

• Establish clear transition points from implementation to post-go-live adoption teams to maintain a seamless customer experience.

• Manage environment setup, user access, and coordination with customer IT teams to guarantee secure and scalable deployments.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between Faro DevOps and customer IT teams to define, coordinate, and execute all system integration tasks.

• Supervise the generation, validation, and operational use of structured study design data and standardized outputs (such as USDM) within client workflows and downstream systems.

• Design and maintain structured prompt libraries that dictate how newly uploaded customer documents are processed, classified, and incorporated into the knowledge graph.

• Deliver and manage customized solutions including scripts, workflow modifications, and reporting setups necessary for effective deployment and adoption.

• Utilize a consultative approach to comprehend clients’ key requirements, ask probing questions, and guide clients toward best practices that align with product capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Professional Services, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Implementation roles within the SaaS industry.

• Proven experience in delivering platform configurations and API-based integrations within customer environments.

• Solid understanding of SaaS and AI-driven platforms, encompassing APIs, integrations, workflow configurations, and data-driven outputs; familiarity with generative AI concepts such as prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and document parsing sufficient to lead knowledge graph development and governance.

• Demonstrated ability to balance hands-on delivery with the creation of scalable processes.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams.

• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable functioning in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
