This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and enhance Glia's brand strategy, visual identity, verbal identity, brand architecture, and naming governance.
• Uphold and implement brand guidelines while acting as the ultimate quality standard for launches, events, executive platforms, and category campaigns.
• Lead design initiatives and manage contractor support and budgets.
• Establish content strategy, editorial themes, formats, and channels; ensure alignment of output with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Communications and Product Marketing on cohesive campaigns, launches, and press opportunities.
• Oversee Glia.com as the primary storytelling and conversion platform for the brand, focusing on brand expression, campaign pages, SEO/AEO, and conversion enhancement.
• Direct customer advocacy initiatives, including case studies, references, community programs, and customer awards.
• Guide and develop managers in Design, Content, Web, and Customer Advocacy.
• Create shared planning, intake, prioritization, and service-level expectations across teams.
• Determine the balance between in-house and agency/freelancer work while managing external partnerships and budgets.
• Advocate for the use of generative AI in creative processes.
• Establish brand performance metrics and communicate results and insights to marketing leadership.
• Over 10 years of experience in brand, creative, or content marketing.
• More than 5 years of team management experience, including managing other managers.
• Proven success in leading multidisciplinary creative teams across design, content, web, or advocacy.
• Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Demonstrated ability to build and refine a brand through category innovation or repositioning.
• A portfolio showcasing work with tangible results.
• Strong editorial judgment and commitment to high creative standards.
• Experience in managing agencies, budgets, and balancing in-house versus out-of-house work.
• Proficiency in web analytics, engagement metrics, and pipeline impact.
• Experience in leading distributed teams across different time zones.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or regulated industries is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with AI applications in brand, creative, and content roles is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of tools such as Figma, Webflow, Asana, and generative AI tools is preferred.
• Experience in customer marketing or advocacy programs is preferred.
• Ability to support executive communications and relations with analysts is preferred.
• Comfort in adapting web content for both human readability and machine interpretation is preferred.
