This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Direct the Consulting Services practice throughout the implementation lifecycle, which includes discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Establish discovery and design methodologies, necessary artifacts, design reviews, sign-off milestones, and traceability.
• Create and uphold configuration standards while managing justified exceptions.
• Oversee clinical, operational, and administrative workflow standards across radiology, cardiology, specialty service lines, imaging operations, scheduling, and reporting.
• Guide clients in making design decisions that enhance turnaround time, throughput, site consolidation, standardization, and cost-per-study objectives.
• Identify adoption metrics and ensure accountability of the practice post-go-live.
• Confirm scope during pre-sales handoff and manage discovery gaps through change control.
• Take responsibility for internal build quality, configuration validation, and functional testing.
• Manage customer UAT strategy, test plans, scenario coverage, defect triage, and documented acceptance processes.
• Establish go-live readiness criteria and facilitate solution-readiness sign-off.
• Define stabilization exit criteria and transition to Support and Customer Success.
• Develop customer education strategies, curriculum, role-based learning paths, and delivery methods across live, remote, and self-service channels.
• Create and sustain training content for clinical, technical, and administrative audiences.
• Assess training effectiveness based on competency and adoption outcomes.
• Oversee practice utilization and billable capacity, while forecasting consultant demand.
• Act as the senior solution authority in collaboration with customer clinical and IT leadership.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery and Technology Operations on staffing, sequencing, and issue resolution.
• Develop capability and certification models that outline consultant competency levels.
• A minimum of eight years in solution consulting, implementation consulting, or application delivery in the healthcare software sector.
• At least four years of experience leading a team, including some experience in leading through other leaders.
• Proven ownership of solution design and configuration decisions in complex enterprise implementations.
• Familiarity with healthcare IT integration concepts, such as HL7, FHIR, and DICOM.
• Experience in defining or significantly enhancing a delivery methodology, rather than merely operating within one.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Direct experience with PACS, VNA, enterprise viewers, modality worklist, or cardiology imaging platforms.
• Background in a clinical environment, or possess a clinical credential such as RT(R) or RN.
• Experience in developing a certification, competency, or career progression model for a consulting team.
• Experience in establishing a customer education or training function.
• Familiarity with supporting a perpetual-to-subscription or on-premises-to-cloud transition.
• Experience with regulated software delivery, including validation and documentation responsibilities.
