This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the clinical sales operations for the Central Region.
β’ Specialize in INSIGHTEC brain applications and neurosurgery.
β’ Provide guidance, coaching, operational structure, and management to the CAM team.
β’ Initiate and expand clinical programs at both established and new install-base locations.
β’ Propel commercial success and recurring revenue through services and disposables.
β’ Meet yearly treatment, regional utilization, and account growth targets year-over-year.
β’ Work in collaboration with Marketing, Service, and Clinical Apps teams on projects aimed at enhancing utilization.
β’ Mentor the team on outreach tactics, account workflows, patient intake, and treatment efficiency.
β’ Evaluate hospital metrics to showcase how focused ultrasound programs contribute to account growth.
β’ Manage regional KPI analysis and performance reporting, including leading indicators such as SDR.
β’ Ensure program performance is in alignment with business objectives and execution strategies.
β’ Spearhead targeted strategies for building a neurology referral network and other regional initiatives.
β’ Influence cross-functional teams and assist in shaping utilization strategies and execution.
β’ Represent INSIGHTEC and mentor the team during customer-facing interactions.
β’ Bachelor of Science in business, marketing, or a related field.
β’ MBA is preferred.
β’ Over 10 years of experience, including relevant experience in the specified areas.
β’ 7 to 10+ years of experience managing a regional team.
β’ 10+ years of building relationships at various customer levels while representing a highly technical product.
β’ 5+ years of experience in a startup or early-stage commercial setting.
β’ 5+ years of successfully implementing a novel product and increasing procedure volume in new accounts or markets by influencing clinical and administrative stakeholders.
β’ 5+ years in a clinical or capital sales role with direct responsibility for achieving procedure quotas, recurring revenues, or capital revenues.
β’ Demonstrated medical device sales experience with increasing leadership responsibilities.
β’ Experience in sales, marketing, or market development focused on driving program growth.
β’ Strong business acumen and a process-oriented approach.
β’ Capability to manage, coach, and lead teams effectively.
β’ Proficient in building relationships and influencing both internally and externally.
β’ Ability to inspire, motivate, and swiftly establish trust and credibility as a leader.
β’ Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and creative solution development skills.
β’ Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ High levels of drive, self-motivation, accountability, and reliability, with the ability to instill these values within a team.

β’ Willingness to travel extensively, at least 70% of the time.
