This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Oversee psychometric workstreams within COA consulting projects, guaranteeing top-notch and compliant delivery.
• Develop and enhance standard operating procedures, tools, and workflows to facilitate scalable psychometric services.
• Offer methodological guidance across psychometric and quantitative analyses for PRO and COA initiatives.
• Create and assess SAPs and PAPs, contributing to the design of clinical trials and endpoint strategies.
• Choose and implement suitable psychometric methods while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Analyze and convey analytical results to clients, internal teams, and senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to client deliverables, reports, and presentations by taking ownership of psychometric and statistical content.
• Aid in the enhancement of psychometric capabilities within the Healthcare Consulting practice, including mentoring and sharing knowledge.
• Collaborate with COA leaders and consulting teams to foster business development and maintain client relationships.
• Act as a subject matter expert representing Clarivate in client-facing and regulatory discussions.
• Stay updated on advancements in psychometrics, statistics, clinical trial methodologies, and regulatory guidelines.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Over 10 years of professional experience in Healthcare or COA consulting, emphasizing psychometrics.
• Practical experience in conducting psychometric analyses for COA instruments in clinical trial environments.
• Proven experience in applying psychometric methodologies, including Classical Test Theory, Item Response Theory, Factor Analysis, and Structural Equation Modeling.
• Experience in developing or contributing to statistical analysis plans (SAPs) and psychometric analysis plans (PAPs).
• Experience in supporting clinical trial designs related to COA endpoints and psychometric validation.
• Proficiency in statistical software for quantitative analysis, including SAS, SPSS, and/or R.
• Master's degree (MSc) or PhD in a relevant discipline such as Psychology, Applied Statistical Methods, Biostatistics, or a related field (preferred).
