This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Leading a team focused on the acquisition, development, and retention of enterprise health system customers.
• Creating commercial strategies that align with the company's goals and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Mentoring sales professionals on strategic account management, executive relationship building, and intricate enterprise negotiations.
• Establishing trusted relationships with senior executives in health systems and uncovering opportunities to enhance partnerships.
• Implementing structured operating rhythms for forecasting, account planning, and business evaluations.
• Leveraging data to pinpoint trends, enhance decision-making, and generate consistent revenue growth.
• Attracting, developing, and retaining top-tier sales talent while fostering opportunities for ongoing growth.
• Collaborating with Customer Success, Technical Sales, Product, Marketing, Implementation, and executive leadership to enhance customer outcomes.
• Converting complex business challenges into clear priorities and actionable strategies.
• Creating scalable commercial processes and organizational capabilities that grow with the business.
• Over 7 years of progressive sales leadership experience, particularly with enterprise sales teams.
• Proven experience in selling complex solutions to health systems, integrated delivery networks, academic medical centers, or other large healthcare organizations.
• A demonstrated history of successfully leading a sales organization through periods of growth, transformation, or change.
• A solid track record in coaching and developing enterprise sales professionals.
• Experience in creating strategic account plans and navigating complex enterprise purchasing processes.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders, both customer and internal.
• A data-driven approach and experience utilizing analytics to enhance commercial performance and decision-making.
• Capability to balance short-term revenue objectives with long-term customer and business outcomes.
• A collaborative leadership approach and experience in aligning cross-functional teams around common goals.
• A bachelor’s degree; an advanced degree is advantageous.
