This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop a self-service segmentation model that effectively identifies the appropriate customers for each sales strategy, enhancing cost efficiency, conversion rates, and speed throughout the sales funnel.
• Create and implement a highly effective coverage model that introduces sales engagement at the most advantageous point in the customer journey.
• Collaborate closely with data science and sales analytics teams to formulate and operationalize a data-driven targeting strategy.
• Work across departments with marketing to execute targeted campaigns aimed at the right customers at the optimal time with the appropriate messaging, thereby enhancing take rates and product expansion.
• Determine the optimal deployment of AI in the scaled sales process to boost productivity and business outcomes, while strategically assessing where human engagement adds the most value.
• Develop and maintain a robust experimentation framework that facilitates rapid testing, learning, and iteration across segmentation, outreach, coverage, and conversion strategies.
• Establish clear operational rhythms, performance metrics, and diagnostic frameworks to comprehend business drivers and guide resourcing and investment choices.
• Drive execution with a strong inclination towards action, utilizing data to consistently enhance funnel performance and scale a repeatable sales-assisted product-led growth (PLG) approach.
• Over 10 years of experience in SaaS sales, revenue strategy, growth, or go-to-market leadership, including exposure to scaled, high-velocity, or hybrid PLG and sales-assisted frameworks.
• A proven history of designing or scaling segmentation, coverage, or targeting models that have significantly improved conversion rates, efficiency, or expansion results.
• Experience working closely with analytics, data science, marketing, and sales operations teams to convert insights into go-to-market execution.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to define success metrics, evaluate performance, identify root causes, and make data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated success in building new programs, motions, or teams from the ground up in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Experience in designing and assessing experimentation frameworks to test go-to-market hypotheses and enhance business performance over time.
• Exceptional executive communication and cross-functional influence skills, with the ability to align stakeholders around new operational methodologies.
