Director, Head of Patient Recruitment and Retention

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement strategies for enrolling and retaining patients in clinical trials.

• Manage the execution of multi-channel recruitment strategies, including digital, site-based, community outreach, and partnerships.

• Develop and lead a comprehensive patient recruitment and retention strategy that is aligned with regional needs.

• Incorporate patient-centric principles into the design of studies.

• Utilize real-world data to enhance patient targeting.

• Facilitate cross-functional governance to aid in site selection, activation, and the execution of enrollment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or higher in a scientific, medical, or healthcare field.

• At least 10 years of combined experience in Feasibility, Clinical Trial Management, Personnel Management, and Operations Management.

• Proven track record in leading enrollment strategies across different oncology therapeutic areas.

• Established connections with patient advocacy organizations and recruitment vendors.

• Demonstrated experience in data analysis and interpretation to support informed decision-making.

• Experience in recruiting patients and investigators for clinical trials.

• Proven skills in project and budget management.

• Confirmed experience collaborating with Global teams.
