This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive multi-year enterprise roadmap encompassing data foundations, analytics platforms, information management, automation, AI, and GenAI.

• Guide the transformation of the enterprise from a fragmented, request-driven, application-centric reporting system to a governed, scalable, data-driven, AI-enabled operational model.

• Construct governed data foundations, reusable data entities, and practices for data integration, mastering, lineage, quality, and stewardship.

• Provide direction for analytics platforms and BI tools across all departments.

• Act as the primary IT leader for data at the enterprise level, fostering trusted relationships with business executives.

• Oversee demand and use-case intake, create customer feedback mechanisms, and guarantee that data capabilities provide significant business value.

• Promote the adoption of AI and GenAI solutions, including assessments for buy-versus-build decisions, lifecycle management, and high-impact use cases.

• Spearhead agentic AI orchestration and expand RPA, workflow automation, intelligent automation, test automation, chatbots, process mining, and optimization initiatives.

• Formulate enterprise training strategies, role-specific learning pathways, enablement programs, communication strategies, and support for adoption.

• Establish data governance, stewardship, data quality, access, privacy, security, and responsible AI protocols.

• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Quality, and Security teams to adhere to GxP, SOX, GDPR, and data privacy regulations.

• Develop a searchable enterprise data marketplace and data products to facilitate self-service analytics and natural-language data inquiries.

• Supervise dashboards, analytics solutions, integrations, data pipelines, and information management functions.

• Evolve the team into a strategic advisory entity while managing managers and senior technical leaders.

• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, platform investments, contracts, chargeback models, and prioritize demand.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of advanced experience in enterprise data, analytics, integration, information management, automation, AI, and GenAI.

• Proficiency in hands-on and architectural aspects of modern data, analytics, automation, and AI platforms.

• Demonstrated success in steering enterprise transformation towards standardized data, governed ecosystems, self-service analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.

• Experience in managing teams of managers, architects, engineers, product owners, developers, and analysts.

• Strong background in financial management, including oversight of portfolio budgets, vendor management, cost allocation, chargeback processes, consumption models, and platform investment decisions.

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical sector is preferred.

• A Master's degree is preferred.

• Familiarity with platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Informatica MDM, IDMC, CDMP, Power BI, Microsoft Purview, Databricks Unity Catalog, ThoughtSpot, Starburst, Copilot, and Copilot Studio.

• Knowledge of AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI, large language models, MLflow, and Kubeflow.

• Experience with Spark, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Copilot, AI-assisted content generation tools, and modern MLOps practices.

• Proficiency with UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, Aisera, Celonis, Signavio, Tricentis Tosca, and ServiceNow.

• Understanding of responsible AI, ethical AI, governance, security, privacy, and the integration of AI into business strategy and operational frameworks.

• Ability to exemplify Lantheus’ core values.

• Willingness to travel for business needs, including occasional overnight trips.
