• Oversee GTM Operations from start to finish by establishing the team's execution rhythm.
• Mentor and manage two direct reports: the Manager of GTM Systems & Analytics and the Manager of Field Operations.
• Facilitate the forecasting rhythm defined by the VP, which includes deal-level assessments, pipeline evaluations, and data gathering.
• Convert VP-level strategies into actionable quarterly and monthly plans.
• Ensure the efficiency of deal desk operations, pipeline management, and reporting processes.
• Establish the technical vision for SpryPoint's GTM infrastructure.
• Drive the transition from manual workflows to automated, scalable processes.
• Build a marketing operations infrastructure from the ground up, including HubSpot administration and Salesforce integration.
• Guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of dashboards, reports, and analytics for the teams that depend on them.
• Maintain data integrity across the GTM stack.
• Enhance workflows from opportunity to bookings, deal desk processes, and inter-team transitions.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in revenue operations, GTM operations, or sales operations within a B2B SaaS context.
• Proven experience in leading and developing a team (direct people management is essential).
• Strong technical expertise in Salesforce architecture, data pipelines, system integrations, and automation design.
• Experience in building or enhancing marketing operations infrastructure (HubSpot or similar).
• Understanding of GTM engineering principles: workflow automation, data infrastructure, and AI/ML applications within revenue operations.
• Demonstrated capability to execute reporting and analytics on a large scale.
• Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels.
