• Take ownership of regional business performance in EMEA, encompassing revenue goals, customer satisfaction, and operational execution.
• Lead and expand the company’s go-to-market organization in EMEA, which includes sales, customer success, support, and services functions.
• Manage and carry the regional revenue target, collaborating closely with Account Executives and regional GTM leaders to enhance pipeline and finalize strategic deals.
• Engage directly with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and foster long-term customer success.
• Create and implement regional hiring strategies to accommodate ongoing growth and customer demand.
• Collaborate with Executive leadership teams to synchronize regional execution with global strategy, processes, and operational models.
• Identify operational deficiencies and proactively propose scalable solutions as the EMEA business evolves.
• Act as a strategic thought partner regarding future regional infrastructure requirements across services, support, and customer operations.
• Actively participate in customer discussions, strategic account management, and complex deal cycles.
• Cultivate robust relationships with key regional partners and customers within the audit and advisory ecosystem.
• Over 8 years of experience in enterprise SaaS, audit technology, financial services technology, or similar fields.
• Demonstrated experience in leading revenue or go-to-market teams in EMEA.
• Strong grasp of the audit, accounting, advisory, or risk/compliance landscape.
• Exceptional commercial leadership skills with a background in managing regional quotas, forecasting, and GTM execution.
• Proven track record in hiring, developing, and leading high-performing, customer-facing teams in rapidly growing environments.
• Experience in managing cross-functional customer-facing teams, including sales, customer success, services, or support organizations.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and contributing to the establishment of regional infrastructure from the ground up.
• Possess executive presence with the ability to influence both internally and externally.
• Strong collaborative skills and capability to work efficiently across international teams and time zones.
