This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of business performance in the EMEA region, focusing on revenue goals, customer satisfaction, and operational execution.
• Lead and enhance the company’s go-to-market operations in EMEA, encompassing sales, customer success, support, and service functions.
• Manage the regional revenue objectives, collaborating closely with Account Executives and regional GTM leaders to generate pipeline and secure strategic deals.
• Engage directly with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and foster long-term customer success.
• Create and implement regional hiring strategies to accommodate ongoing growth and customer demands.
• Collaborate with Executive leadership teams to ensure regional execution aligns with global strategies, processes, and operating models.
• Identify operational deficiencies and proactively suggest scalable solutions as the EMEA business evolves.
• Act as a strategic advisor on future regional infrastructure requirements in services, support, and customer operations.
• Participate actively in customer discussions, strategic accounts, and complex deal cycles.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key regional partners and customers within the audit and advisory ecosystem.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise SaaS, audit technology, financial services technology, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience in leading revenue or go-to-market teams in the EMEA region.
• Comprehensive understanding of the audit, accounting, advisory, or risk/compliance landscape.
• Exceptional commercial leadership abilities with experience managing regional quotas, forecasting, and GTM strategies.
• Proven track record in hiring, developing, and leading high-performing customer-facing teams in rapidly growing environments.
• Experience in managing cross-functional customer-oriented teams, including sales, customer success, services, or support divisions.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and contributing to the establishment of regional infrastructure from the ground up.
• Strong executive presence with the capacity to influence both internally and externally.
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work efficiently across international teams and different time zones.
