This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of ClickHouse's global GSI program, dedicating significant focus to two designated partner firms that will occupy the majority of your time.
• Facilitate daily collaborative selling between ClickHouse and GSI partner field teams, ensuring ClickHouse is integrated into ongoing GSI delivery opportunities.
• Create and manage practice enablement programs designed to prepare GSI architects, delivery consultants, and practice leaders to effectively position and implement ClickHouse Cloud.
• Develop senior-level relationships at targeted GSI firms—from alliance teams to practice leaders and managing directors—to foster enduring strategic alignment.
• Strategically and accurately utilize co-sell programs and partner incentives to drive new pipeline growth.
• Establish and monitor essential metrics for the health of the GSI program, including influenced pipeline, co-sell victories, partner-sourced revenue, and the reach of enablement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with ClickHouse field sales, product, and marketing teams to incorporate GSI partnerships into territory plans and the overall go-to-market strategy.
• In-depth understanding of how GSIs develop and monetize practices, and the ability to align that model with a software vendor's growth objectives.
• Proven experience managing specific GSI partnerships, preferably with firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, Cognizant, or Capgemini, which demonstrates measurable co-sell or influenced pipeline results.
• Ability to take an outside-in perspective: adept at integrating ClickHouse's go-to-market strategy into a GSI's existing practice operations rather than merely managing an alliance relationship.
• Comfortable engaging with managing directors and executives on the partner side, while also building trust and gaining support from an internal field sales team.
• Experience in creating and delivering enablement content for partner technical and delivery teams.
• Data-driven mindset for assessing program performance and informing business decisions.
• Adaptable to working in a startup environment where established processes are not yet in place—you'll be instrumental in developing them.
• Flexible work environment - ClickHouse operates as a globally distributed company that is remote-friendly, currently functioning in over 20 countries.
• Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare expenses.
• Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our organization is granted stock options.
• Time off - Flexible time off policies in the US, with generous entitlements in other countries.
• A $500 allowance for setting up a home office if you are a remote employee.
• Global Gatherings – We value in-person connections and provide opportunities for colleagues to engage at company-wide offsite events.
