• Participate as a member of the senior leadership team, making direct contributions to product and market strategies for hypersonics, high-temperature composites, and advanced manufacturing applications.

• A well-established network within DoD service branches, acquisition commands, and relevant customers.
• Proven capability to develop and implement capture strategies for government contracts, including competitive successes in a technology-driven landscape.
• A successful history of building a defense business line or significantly enhancing defense revenue—demonstrating the ability to create pipelines, not just manage existing ones.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills—you can produce a persuasive white paper, confidently present to a general officer, and articulate complex technology in terms of mission value.
• A proactive approach with a comfort level in ambiguous situations—you excel in environments where you are creating the playbook rather than adhering to one.
• Competitive compensation.
• Annual incentive bonus.
• Equity.
• Benefits designed to foster your growth and well-being.
