Director, Global Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• The Director of Global Services for the Eastern Region is accountable for the overall success of a portfolio comprising REMAX Canada franchisees (Broker/Owners) and their associated agents.

• This position acts as the main point of contact, relationship manager, and intermediary between franchisees and REMAX Canada.

• The Director is pivotal in fostering organic agent growth, enhancing operational efficiencies and profitability, and ensuring franchisee retention by recognizing owner/manager requirements and developing customized support and service plans.

• Utilizing internal resources to provide operational, financial, and organizational guidance along with consultative support.

• Aiding in the implementation of the Region Development department's growth strategy, which includes achieving net agent count in the territory through organic recruitment and retention strategies and working alongside the Global Sales team on conversions and M&A.

• Promoting the usage of brand tools and programs (Aspire, MaaS, RaaS, MaxEngage, REIC Verification, etc.) while maintaining and enhancing brand image and identity with the franchisees in their portfolio (exterior signage, websites, yard signs, etc.).

• Actively collaborating with franchisees and REMAX corporate regarding renewals and accounts receivable.

• Employing REMAX's consultative methodology, such as the internal Momentum program, to deliver operational and consultative support.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Franchise Development, Business Operations Management, or Business Consulting (preferably in franchise and/or real estate).

• Familiarity with current and emerging practices, trends, and technologies within the real estate industry.

• Proven planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional presentation, communication, interpersonal, and dispute resolution abilities.

• Demonstrated capacity to influence, collaborate, and build relationships across all levels of the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• A successful history of delivering results and effectively managing multiple priorities.

• Capability to set milestones, evaluate performance, and achieve targets.
