This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Manage Samsara's service-delivery partnerships, enhancing and expanding high-quality partner programs.
• Assist in Samsara’s fleet and site installations, as well as software integration and implementation partners.
• Lead and nurture the Partner Services team.
• Propel strategy and operational excellence across global installation and services partners.
• Develop scalable programs, processes, and quality standards that enhance partner performance.
• Ensure partners can accommodate Samsara's growing product range and implementation requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline large-scale deployments executed by partners.
• Advocate for and integrate Samsara's cultural principles as we expand globally.
• Over 10 years of experience in managing partner relationships.
• More than 8 years of combined experience in program management, enablement, or operations consulting.
• Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proven history of developing and executing external programs in collaboration with sales teams to drive revenue.
• Preferred experience in the fleet management or hardware deployment sector.
• Knowledge of the commercial fleet industry.
• Experience in Enterprise SaaS sales.
