This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and spearhead Cyera’s worldwide sales compensation strategy
• Design compensation frameworks, incentive plans, and SPIFF initiatives
• Manage the comprehensive governance of commission processes
• Enhance CaptivateIQ and associated systems to support data-driven insights
• Collaborate with senior leaders in Sales and RevOps
• Offer executive-level advice on intricate deal structures
• Assemble and cultivate a high-performing global compensation team
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in Sales Compensation, Revenue Operations, Finance, or related areas
• Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale global sales compensation programs (hundreds of representatives)
• Proven ability to manage intricate compensation structures involving splits, hierarchies, deal-level exceptions, and cross-department collaboration
• Proficiency in CaptivateIQ (or comparable systems such as Xactly, Varicent, and Anaplan)
• Strong analytical abilities, financial modeling skills, and a thorough understanding of sales performance metrics
• Comprehensive knowledge of global compensation compliance, governance frameworks, and best practices
• Capacity to introduce structure, discipline, and clear processes in dynamic, fast-paced organizations
• Proven track record of scaling compensation operations in high-growth firms
• Experience in building teams, scaling processes, and functioning at enterprise-level complexity
• Exceptional communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills
