Director, Global Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish the strategic vision for CHAI’s internal AI transformation.

• Guide and facilitate operational initiatives across various functions.

• Recognize and implement process enhancements within CHAI's internal operations.

• Provide executive leadership for CHAI’s global safety and security operations.

• Develop and manage an efficient knowledge management system.

• Lead a Global Operations team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, along with a minimum of 12 years of pertinent professional experience.

• Strong background as an operational generalist.

• Solid understanding of AI tools.

• Proven experience in leading change management or organizational transformation efforts.

• Established ability to create and manage high-performing teams.

• Willingness to travel internationally, up to 30% of the year.
