This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and implement a comprehensive, risk-oriented global strategy and operational framework to enhance compliance effectiveness, which encompasses audit and monitoring, transparency, compliance technology, as well as reporting and analytics.

• Direct the organization-wide compliance monitoring, auditing, and effectiveness evaluations.

• Assess compliance controls, pinpoint emerging risks, gauge program maturity, and foster continuous enhancement across critical risk areas.

• Supervise global transparency reporting initiatives and compliance technology platforms.

• Guarantee precise reporting, dependable data governance, scalable compliance processes, and valuable insights for both business and compliance leaders.

• Provide guidance to senior leadership and governance committees regarding the effectiveness of the compliance program, emerging risks, monitoring results, and remediation actions.

• Lead teams focused on compliance monitoring and platforms.

• Coordinate priorities, resources, technology investments, and external partnerships in collaboration with Legal, Internal Audit, Finance, IT, Medical Affairs, Commercial, and other stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher is required.

• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in ethics and compliance, compliance auditing, internal audit, risk management, investigations, or a related field.

• Proven experience in leading enterprise-level programs and teams within a multinational organization.

• Experienced in managing ethics and compliance monitoring programs in a global medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences organization.

• Background in leading global teams, projects, or external partnerships.

• Comprehensive understanding of global healthcare compliance regulations, anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, and industry standards.

• Experience in developing and executing global risk assessments and risk-based compliance monitoring programs.

• Demonstrated ability to evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs and drive remediation and continuous improvement efforts.

• Proficient in utilizing data, metrics, and reporting to assess program performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.

• A master's degree, Juris Doctor (JD), compliance certification (CCEP), or other relevant advanced degrees or professional certifications will be considered additional qualifications.
