• Take full ownership of the demand generation strategy and its outcomes, ensuring accountability for top-of-funnel growth and subsequent conversion to revenue.
• Establish, monitor, and report on pipeline KPIs: MQLs, sourced pipeline, influenced pipeline, conversion rates at various stages, and cost-per-opportunity, while clearly communicating ROI to leadership.
• Design and implement multi-channel campaigns, utilizing paid digital platforms (LinkedIn, Google, programmatic), field and virtual events, content syndication, and partner initiatives.
• Conduct ongoing testing, analysis, and optimization: eliminate ineffective strategies, focus on impactful initiatives, and develop repeatable playbooks.
• Create and manage AI-driven demand workflows: including programmatic outbound, intent-based targeting, AI-personalized sequences, and automated nurture flows.
• Formulate segmentation and targeting strategies for key enterprise buyer personas, including platform engineers, VP Engineering, CIOs, and DevSecOps leaders, in close collaboration with Product Marketing and Sales.
• Collaborate with BDR leadership to ensure alignment from campaign to outbound efforts, providing necessary messaging frameworks, sequences, and creative support for successful outbound initiatives.
• Manage the marketing-to-sales funnel transition in partnership with Revenue Operations.
• 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or integrated marketing, with a proven track record of driving pipeline results rather than merely launching campaigns.
• Experience in executing demand generation in an enterprise context (complex sales cycles, multi-stakeholder buying committees, mid-to-large ACV).
• Hands-on experience managing paid media across LinkedIn, Google, and programmatic channels, encompassing budget management, ROI assessment, and experimental approaches.
• Strong analytical skills: capable of building dashboards, defining metrics, and making data-driven decisions. Comfortable with attribution models, funnel reporting, and business intelligence tools.
• Proficiency in GA4; familiarity with ABM/intent platforms (Pocus, Clay, UserGems).
• Active and practical experimentation with generative AI tools, applied to campaign operations, content creation, outbound personalization, or workflow automation.
• Ability to work autonomously: you can take a revenue target and reverse-engineer a program without needing a pre-defined playbook.
• Exceptional writing abilities: adept at crafting compelling ads, briefing creative teams, and developing sequences that yield conversions.
