Director, Global Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Oversee relationships with both existing and prospective clients within your designated vertical.

• Ensure that client implementations are meticulously planned, well-resourced, and executed in accordance with Appficiency standards, aligning NetSuite implementations with the Statement of Work (SOW).

• Guarantee that the delivery team adheres to all standard procedures throughout the sales-to-delivery transition process.

• Ensure clients achieve referenceable status.

• Establish the strategic direction for the team, office, or country.

• Coach, mentor, and develop future leaders within the organization.

• Responsible for leveraging expert knowledge of implementation and large project processes.

• Allocate resources effectively based on project requirements.

• Develop, present, communicate, and follow up on various strategic plans.

• Identify and promote enhancements within the Delivery departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 15+ years of experience in Professional Services.

• Must be a native Japanese speaker.

• A minimum of 10 years of consulting experience in systems implementation and integration, process re-engineering, or a related field.

• At least 10 years of experience in ERP systems, preferably with NetSuite.

• Experience in Project Management.

• A minimum of 10 years of management experience overseeing multiple teams.

• Proven ability to manage several resources across different locations, working on complex projects and tasks simultaneously within one or two industries.

• Strong comprehension of ERP Implementation, ideally NetSuite.

• Solid understanding of technology implementation.

• Strong grasp of business analytics, business intelligence, and financial performance management.

• In-depth understanding of P&L statements.

• Proven capability in managing projects of varying scales (small, medium, and large).

• Experience managing medium to large teams across diverse regions and countries.

• Willingness and enthusiasm to travel, with an expectation that travel can reach up to 25% of total time, but may be higher for specific projects.
