This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Establish and nurture robust customer relationships by effectively communicating Danaher LS's unique value proposition.
• Coordinate meetings with C-Suite and Senior Leadership, as well as on-site strategy sessions and technical seminars that promote Danaher’s mission, workflows, and innovations.
• Develop and take ownership of account strategies from inception.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial Marketing, Business Units, Sales, and Distribution partners.
• Possess the capability to design and execute strategic and tactical plans aimed at achieving specified objectives.
• Convey Danaher LS’s value proposition to senior leaders at OpCo who are seeking partnerships in the Biologics sector.
• Regularly understand, build, and manage the sales funnel effectively.
• Deliver comprehensive and suitable solutions for every customer to enhance top-line revenue growth.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a science-related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience selling to large BioPharma organizations.
• At least 7 years of commercial experience in a Life Sciences company or a closely related field.
• A proven track record of 2 years in selling to VP and C-Suite Account Leaders.
• Willingness to travel up to 30-50% of the time.
• A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record is required.
